Since October 2021, Delta Counseling has been dedicated to meeting clients where they are on their mental health journey. We offer personalized treatment, specializing in disordered eating, to help transform relationships with food, challenge harmful behaviors, and foster body acceptance. What’s in a name?
At Delta Counseling, our name reflects our core philosophy and the journey we support our clients through.
First, the triangle in our logo symbolizes change. In the Greek alphabet, Δ (Delta) represents transformation, and in mathematics, Δ is used to signify change. Just as in math, we believe change is fundamental to growth and healing, and we are here to guide you through that transformation.
Second, our logo is inspired by a river delta. Just as a river, in its journey toward the ocean, encounters obstacles and must find new paths, your mental health journey may face challenges along the way. Some paths may feel blocked, while others might take unexpected turns. But like a river determined to reach the sea, the key to success is perseverance. Every turn, every detour, and every challenge shapes the path, and ultimately, leads to healing and self-discovery.

Many therapists are private pay only, which can be a barrier for those needing affordable care. At Delta Counseling, we believe you should be able to use your insurance to access the care you deserve. While not all of our providers are in-network with every insurance plan, we strive to make our services accessible. Please check with your provider to confirm if we are in-network for your plan. We're here to help you navigate the process and ensure you get the support you need.
